Why I Started This Space

Two years ago, I stumbled into perimenopause with little knowledge and a lot of questions. What began as a search for advice and connection on Instagram has grown into a space where I share my journey - offering snippets of tips, mindful moments, yoga, walking, nature-inspired reflections, and new holistic wellbeing experiences.

For me, wellbeing in midlife isn’t about perfection - it’s about small, achievable choices that help us feel calmer, kinder to ourselves, and more confident in this stage of life. Midlife can sometimes feel lonely, especially for women navigating perimenopause or menopause, so I hope this space reminds you that you’re not navigating it on your own.
